X SHOW·HANGZHOU: X Land of Fantasy

“The X Land of Fantasy" is the 45th original production of Cirque du Soleil; a rich storyline with multi-dimensional characters, surreal universes, stunning visuals and high-energy action and acrobatics. Audiences are split between “Petra” and “Aria,” moving seating platforms that shift and transform with the performance. As this performance is in Hangzhou, X Show·Hangzhou has partnered with the Radisson Blu Hangzhou Xintaindi to offer an incredible deal on overnight hotel stays: two-person packages include one night in a Superior Room and two breakfasts. THE SHOW

X Land of Fantasy features two distinct theatre shows for each audience section that follow separate ancient Kingdoms of Petra and Aria. In bombastic moments, the two stories intertwine. Petra and Aria, were torn apart centuries ago and the seal depicting the crest of the Dragon and the Phoenix has been broken. Guided by the mysterious Watcher, witness the reunification sparked by two innocent children, left on the doorsteps of opposing palaces.

THE HOTEL

  • What's included in the Hotel Package?

    The package includes 1 night stay in Radisson Blu Hangzhou Xintiandi Superior Room and 2 breakfast. Hotel check-in at 2pm and check out the next day at 12pm. Package A includes 2 adult tickets for the show.

  • How far is the hotel away from the show?

    The hotel is just a short (3-5 minutes) walk away from the X Show·Hangzhou show. The show starts at show start at 7:30pm, so you can have an early dinner at the hotel before the show.

  • Is transportation from Shanghai included ?

    Transportation is not included. Hangzhou is only a 1 hour train ride away from Shanghai. From the Hangzhou East Station, it's only a 20 minutes taxi drive to the X Show·Hangzhou venue. If you don't buy the hotel package, it's possible to take the a train back to Shanghai after the show. SmartShanghai has a detailed guide how to buy train tickets in China. A Didi from Shanghai would cost you around 250rmb.

  • Are there any travel restrictions for Hangzhou

    For hotel travel inside of China, government regulations are different for each city, and might require special certification for bill of health, and/or recent COVID19 test. For guests booking the hotel package, these requirements are waived, provided you have remained in China since March 28th.

  • What happens if the show gets cancelled? Will I get my money back?

  • Is the show suitable for kids ?

    Yes it is. X Show·Hangzhou is a great experience for both adults and any kid from the age of five is likely to enjoy Cirque's ultra-circus experience. The show is about 73 minutes with no intermission.
